Equity Group Investments Holiday Card

Equity Group Investments is a private investment firm founded and managed by 75 year old billionaire Sam Zell. Over the years, investments have included The Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field, Anixter Corporation, Schwinn Bicycle Company, LA Times and more. They sold Equity Office Properties Trust to Blackstone Group for $36 billion before the real estate market crash in 2007. Zell knew when to sell.

This holiday card features the aurora borealis and a constellation spelling the word “Peace.”  It opens up to be a tent card with a laser cut flap of the Chicago skyline. The premium felt white paper creates contrasts with the dark background revealing the intricate details of the laser cutting. No skimping on marketing budgets for EGI.
