Del Oro Camp Mailer

The Salvation Army invested big money in developing and remodeling Del Oro Camp, which provides free summer camp to children. In order to finance the operation they rent out the facilities to organizations for conferences and retreats. Event planners in the Nevada and California areas received this brochure in a clear, postal approved polybag.
The camp enlisted the help of C Grant Company and Rule 29 to develop the strategy, copy and design. For a non-profit, this is an extremely creative piece that I’m sure impressed the recipients. The brochure is a stepped parallel fold with a final bifold that gives a unique opening experiences with hidden panels with facts and photos about the camp. It’s on an uncoated paper that gives an earthy, warm feel. The final dramatic spread literally opens up a map, and shows you all the great benefits of visiting the camp at glance.
